    Strong Roots Club is a fitness studio offering personalized small group classes in West Hartford, Connecticut.
  • How does the free trial work?
    We provide a complimentary first-time class pass for local residents. Come experience our studio and the sense of community firsthand. Just reach out to us and let us know your preferred days and times!
  • How can I book or cancel a class?
    You can easily schedule, reschedule, or cancel a class using our online system, Mindbody. Click here.
  • Where are you located?
    You can find us at 276 Park Road, West Hartford, CT. Nearby businesses include A.C. Petersen, The Playhouse, J.Rene, and Hall's Market. Convenient street parking is available, with spaces on both sides.
  • What types of classes do you offer?
    Strong Roots Club offers a variety of fitness classes such as HIIT, Circuit Training, Power Yoga, Mobility, Roots & Glutes. Here is a brief description for each one: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training): 30 & 60-Min Core strength & cardio training for a quick and effective workout. Maximizes calorie burn, builds endurance, and boosts metabolism in a short time. Circuit Training: 50-Min of circuit style training. Various exercises targeting different muscle groups for a full-body workout. Combines strength, core & cardio intervals for a balanced workout. Power Yoga: 60-Min of dynamic movements, deep breathing, and challenging poses for strength, flexibility, and focus. Intense and invigorating. Mobility: 45-Min of gentle stretches, dynamic movements, and corrective exercises to boost flexibility and joint mobility. Enhances overall movement, range of motion, and reduces stiffness. Roots & Glutes: 30-Min of core and lower body glute targeted exercises. Enhances stability, balance, and power in the midsection and lower body.
  • How does your 2 Week Trial work?
    We're excited to extend a special introductory offer to new customers: enjoy unlimited classes for two consecutive weeks for just $49! Tailor your schedule to fit your lifestyle by signing up on Mindbody or in person during your first complimentary visit.
  • How do I cancel my membership?
    While we'll be sorry to part ways, we're dedicated to ensuring a smooth transition. Please send your request to strongrootsclub@gmail.com, and kindly allow 3-5 business days for us to process it.
  • Do you offer beginner classes?
    Although we don't have a dedicated class tailored explicitly for beginners, our classes are designed with small group settings that facilitate personalized training experiences through exercise modifications. Here's a breakdown of our class offerings, ranging from low to high intensity, along with some insights to help you choose where to begin: Mobility: Focuses on low-impact exercises using bodyweight. Roots & Glutes: A 30-minute session concentrating on abs and glute exercises. HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training): Involves dynamic cardio workouts. Circuit Training: Combines strength and cardio exercises. Power Yoga: Offers a fast-paced session primarily utilizing bodyweight movements.
  • Do you offer online classes?
    Currently, we're not hosting online classes ourselves. However, we've teamed up with Peachbody to provide remote access to their online classes. If you're interested, you can explore ways to stay active at home by visiting www.peachbody.com.
